the heart of the work

Hope's Mission

“Hope Project STL seeks to bring Hope, Healing and Community to our Active Duty Military, Veterans, First Responders, Their Families and other survivors of abuse or other forms of Trauma through the use of Non-Clinical Equine Assisted Activities.”

who we serve

Connection changes everything.

Hope Project STL is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides equine-assisted learning in a peaceful farm setting. The organization focuses on helping veterans, first responders, and their families build confidence, connection, and life skills through interactions with horses.

our approach

Non-riding. Non-clinical. Hands-on.

You do not have to perform, explain or know anything about horses. Our team offers a safe, welcoming structure for noticing what is happening in the moment and trying something new. No riding experience is required.
